WhatsApp AI Schedule & how to use it

The WhatsApp AI Schedule is a new feature in TextYess that lets you control when your AI responds to customers and when responses are handled manually by your team.

Before this feature, the AI was either always on (24/7) or completely off, requiring you to manage all replies manually. Now, you can define specific schedules for AI responses while leaving other times for manual handling.

How to set up AI Schedule

  1. Go to your profile in the top-right corner and open Organization Settings

  2. Navigate to WhatsApp AI Schedule

  3. Choose from three options:

    • Always On – AI is active 24/7

    • Always Off – AI is completely inactive

    • Follow a Schedule – select specific days and times for AI responses

You can set different schedules for each day of the week. For example:

  • Saturday (non-working day) → AI active all day (00:00–23:59)

  • Working days → AI active 00:00–09:00 and 18:00–23:59

Auto Office Message

When the AI is inactive, you can configure an automatic office message to inform customers that you are currently unavailable and will respond as soon as possible. This ensures customers always receive an immediate reply and feel attended to.

WhatsApp AI Schedule e come utilizzarlo

Il WhatsApp AI Schedule è una nuova funzionalità di TextYess che ti permette di decidere quando l’AI deve rispondere ai clienti e quando le risposte devono essere gestite manualmente dal tuo team.

Prima di questa funzionalità, l’AI era sempre attiva (24/7) oppure sempre disattivata, costringendoti a gestire manualmente tutte le conversazioni. Ora puoi definire orari specifici in cui l’AI risponde, lasciando altri momenti per la gestione manuale.

Come impostare AI Schedule

  1. Vai sul tuo profilo in alto a destra e apri Organization Settings

  2. Vai su WhatsApp > AI Schedule

  3. Scegli tra tre opzioni:

    • Always On – AI sempre attiva 24/7

    • Always Off – AI completamente disattiva

    • Follow a Schedule – seleziona giorni e orari specifici in cui l’AI deve rispondere

È possibile impostare orari diversi per ogni giorno della settimana. Ad esempio:

  • Sabato (giorno non lavorativo) → AI attiva tutto il giorno (00:00–23:59)

  • Giorni lavorativi → AI attiva 00:00–09:00 e 18:00–23:59

Messaggio automatico fuori ufficio

Quando l’AI è inattiva, puoi impostare un messaggio automatico fuori ufficio per informare i clienti che sei momentaneamente assente e che risponderai il prima possibile. Questo garantisce una risposta immediata al cliente, facendolo sentire seguito e soddisfatto.
