Improve AI Responses from Conversations

TextYess allows you to improve AI responses directly from real conversations using a positive reinforcement approach. This is useful when the AI cannot answer a question because the information is missing from the knowledge base or Q&A.

How it works

  1. When a user asks a question the AI cannot answer correctly, you can click “Review Answer” under the AI’s response.

  2. Edit or rewrite the answer exactly as you would like the AI to respond.

  3. Click “Update Answer” – the response is automatically added to the Q&A section of the knowledge base.

From that moment on, the AI will provide the correct answer whenever a similar question is asked.

Migliorare le risposte dell’AI direttamente dalle conversazioni

TextYess ti permette di migliorare le risposte dell’AI direttamente dalle conversazioni reali grazie a un sistema di rinforzo positivo. Questo è utile quando l’AI non può rispondere a una domanda perché l’informazione manca nella knowledge base o nelle Q&A.

Come funziona

  1. Quando un utente fa una domanda a cui l’AI non sa rispondere correttamente, clicca su “Review Answer” sotto la risposta dell’AI.

  2. Modifica o riscrivi la risposta esattamente come vorresti che l’AI rispondesse.

  3. Clicca “Update Answer” – la risposta viene aggiunta automaticamente alla sezione Q&A della knowledge base.

Da quel momento in poi, l’AI saprà fornire la risposta corretta ogni volta che verrà posta una domanda simile.
