What can I do inside the Lists & Segments section?

The Lists & Segments section allows you to organize and manage your contact segments efficiently, so you can send highly targeted WhatsApp messages.

Within this section, you can:

Import new segments

Using the Create Contacts function, you can import new segments via:

  • CSV files

  • External sources (Klaviyo, Hubspot, Brevo, etc.)

  • Manually adding single contacts

You can create both Static segments, which remain unchanged, and Dynamic segments, which update automatically based on defined rules.

Manage the Blacklist

You can manage the Blacklist, which contains all contacts who clicked “STOP”.
From here, you can:

  • View all blacklisted contacts

  • Manually remove contacts if needed (e.g., in case of mistakes or explicit requests)

Create new segments from existing contacts

You can create new segments by filtering your existing contacts in TextYess based on:

  • Tags

  • Attributes

  • Contact origin

  • Behavior

This allows you to build highly specific segments using the contacts you already have.

Cosa puoi fare nella sezione Lists & Segments

La sezione Lists & Segments ti permette di organizzare e gestire in modo efficiente i tuoi segmenti di contatti, così da inviare messaggi WhatsApp sempre più mirati.

Importare nuovi segmenti

Tramite la funzione Create Contacts puoi importare nuovi segmenti via:

  • File CSV

  • Fonti esterne (Klaviyo, Hubspot, Brevo, etc.)

  • Aggiunta manuale di singoli contatti

Puoi creare sia Segmenti Statici, che restano invariati nel tempo, sia Segmenti Dinamici, che si aggiornano automaticamente in base ai criteri definiti.

Gestire la Blacklist

Puoi gestire la Blacklist, ovvero l’elenco dei contatti che hanno cliccato “STOP”.
Da qui puoi:

  • Visualizzare tutti i contatti in blacklist

  • Rimuoverli manualmente, se necessario (ad esempio in caso di errore o richiesta esplicita del cliente)

Creare nuovi segmenti dai contatti esistenti

Puoi creare nuovi segmenti filtrando i contatti già presenti su TextYess in base a:

  • Tag

  • Attributi

  • Origine del contatto

  • Comportamenti

In questo modo puoi costruire segmenti altamente specifici partendo dal database già importato.
