To send a COD verification, follow these steps:
1. Access the flows section
Go to https://ai.textyess.com/flows.
2. Use the pre-built flow
Select our pre-configured flow called “COD Confirmation”.
3. Automate COD verification
This flow allows you to automatically verify COD orders in real time and apply a tag to the order or to the Shopify contact, such as “COD VERIFIED”.
Once enabled, COD confirmations will be handled automatically without any manual action.

Per inviare una verifica COD, segui questi passaggi:
1. Accedi alla sezione Flows
Vai su https://ai.textyess.com/flows.
2. Usa il flusso preimpostato
Seleziona il flusso preconfigurato chiamato “COD Confirmation”.
3. Automatizza la verifica COD
Questo flusso ti permette di verificare automaticamente gli ordini COD in tempo reale e di applicare un tag all’ordine o al contatto Shopify, ad esempio “COD VERIFIED”.
Una volta attivato, le conferme COD verranno gestite automaticamente senza alcuna azione manuale.
