Organization roles in TextYess

TextYess allows you to manage roles and permissions to control who can access specific features of the platform and what actions each user can perform.
This is especially important when working with multiple team members or managing several accounts.

Where to manage roles and team members

To access roles and permissions:

1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner

2. Select Team

From this section, you can:

• View current team members and their assigned roles

• See when each invitation was accepted

• Check pending invitations

• Invite new teammates using the Invite teammate button

When inviting a new user, simply enter their email address and assign the appropriate role.

Merchant roles

TextYess provides three main merchant roles:

• Owner
  The highest-level role. Owners can manage all team members and permissions.
  If an organization has only one Owner, that user cannot be removed.

• Admin
  Admins can manage team members and edit other users’ roles.
  However, they cannot remove the last remaining Owner of the organization.

• Member
  Members can use the organization’s features but cannot manage team members or modify roles.

Partner role

In addition to merchant roles, TextYess offers a Partner role.
This role is designed for users who manage multiple merchant organizations, such as agencies.

The Partner role allows greater scalability and centralized access when working across several connected merchant accounts.

Ruoli e permessi in TextYess

TextYess permette di gestire ruoli e permessi per controllare l’accesso alle funzionalità della piattaforma e definire cosa può fare ciascun utente.
Questa gestione è fondamentale quando si lavora in team o si gestiscono più account.

Dove gestire ruoli e membri del team

Per accedere alla gestione dei ruoli:

1. Clicca sull’icona del profilo in alto a destra

2. Seleziona Team

Da questa sezione puoi:

• Visualizzare i membri attuali con il loro ruolo

• Vedere quando gli inviti sono stati accettati

• Controllare gli inviti in sospeso

• Invitare nuovi colleghi tramite il pulsante Invite teammate

Durante l’invito, sarà sufficiente inserire l’indirizzo email e selezionare il ruolo più adatto.

Ruoli merchant

TextYess prevede tre ruoli principali per i merchant:

• Owner
  È il ruolo con il massimo livello di accesso. Può gestire tutti i membri del team e i permessi.
  Se è l’unico Owner dell’organizzazione, non può essere rimosso.

• Admin
  Può gestire i membri del team e modificare i ruoli degli altri utenti.
  Non può però rimuovere l’ultimo Owner dell’organizzazione.

• Member
  Può utilizzare le funzionalità dell’organizzazione ma non può gestire il team né modificare i ruoli.

Ruolo Partner

Oltre ai ruoli merchant, TextYess offre il ruolo Partner.
Questo ruolo è pensato per chi deve gestire più organizzazioni merchant collegate, come nel caso delle agenzie.

Il ruolo Partner consente una gestione più scalabile e centralizzata di più account.
