To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
1. Disconnect WhatsApp
Go to Your WhatsApp Profile and click “Disconnect WhatsApp”.
Then remove your WhatsApp number from your Business Manager.
2. Remove the app from Shopify
From your Shopify admin panel, go to:
Settings > Apps and sales channels
Click on the app you want to remove, then select “Uninstall app” to remove it from your store.
Following these steps will fully cancel your subscription and disconnect WhatsApp from your account.

Successivamente, rimuovi il tuo numero WhatsApp dal Business Manager.
2. Rimuovi l’app da Shopify
Dal pannello di amministrazione di Shopify, vai su:

Clicca sull’app che vuoi rimuovere, quindi seleziona “Uninstall app” per eliminarla dal tuo store.
Seguendo questi passaggi, l’abbonamento verrà completamente annullato e WhatsApp sarà disconnesso dal tuo account.
